PERFECT Stay Near Shepherd's Bush!

great location helpful staff

The location was AMAZING, near both Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush stations. The room felt recently renovated, showcasing classic white, grey, and black tones. I found a fridge, microwave, and stove. It was convenient. Leaving my luggage before check-in in the basement was EASY.

The walls were thin, and I could hear conversations from other rooms.

I found this hotel to be a convenient option close to transportation. Hammersmith Station was nearby. Check-in was straightforward, and my room felt secure. I appreciated the in-room amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities, these simple comforts enhanced my stay. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, it made getting takeaway meals easy.

some issues

intense fumes thin walls

The paint fumes were really intense. i had shortness of breath and my eyes burned. I couldn't stay in there long. the walls were also terribly thin. I could hear everything from other rooms. it made it hard to sleep at night and was really frustrating.

The provided toiletries were quite nice. i found tea, coffee, a water bottle, and even a chocolate in the room (what a treat!). the location was pretty good. It was easy to get around. the bed was also quite comfortable (i had a restful sleep).

the soundproofing wasn't great, and i could hear some outside noise.

friendly staff convenient location welcome kit

the staff was really friendly and always ready to help, i liked that. it was very close to westfield shopping center, a big plus for shopping. i found a welcome kit in my room, a nice touch. the location was also good for getting around.

my room was on a higher floor, and there was no lift. carrying my bag up all those stairs was a bit tiring, i didn't love that. the toilet plumbing also needed some attention.

decent stay, some issues

convenient location clean room unmanned hotel missing mug

the location was very convenient. it offered excellent access to restaurants and shops. public transport links were convenient too. the room was nice and clean. beds were comfy.

the hotel was unmanned , but i received a contact call shortly after arrival. they checked that everything was ok. there was only one mug in the room. i requested another mug and they delivered one to the room.
